Share probe results with a public link

You can share probe results with others by enabling public access.
Public access allows anyone with the link to inspect results without signing in.

Sharing in Uiprobe is limited to public, read-only access.

Open the Share dialog

From the Probe Inspector:

  1. Open the probe you want to share.
  2. Click Share in the top toolbar.

This opens the Share probe dialog.

Access options

The Share dialog offers two access states:

Only me

When Only me is selected:

  • the probe is private
  • no public access is enabled
  • only you can view the probe

Anyone with the link

When Anyone with the link is selected:

  • public access is enabled
  • a public, read-only link becomes available
  • anyone with the link can view the probe results
  • viewers do not need to sign in

You can copy the link directly from the dialog.

What public viewers can do

People opening a public link can:

  • view the canvas and detected issues
  • switch view modes
  • navigate between probe versions

They can inspect results, but cannot change anything.

What public viewers cannot do

Public viewers cannot:

  • run or re-run probes
  • create or edit probes
  • access the home screen
  • sign in or change settings

Public access is strictly read-only.

Revoke access

You can revoke public access at any time by switching the access setting back to Only me.

This immediately disables the public link.
