This Privacy Policy explains how Uiprobe (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our service.
Uiprobe is a trading name of Entail B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 42141423, with its registered office at Diepesteeg 42, 6994 CD De Steeg, the Netherlands. a. Figma Authentication Data: When you sign up or log in with your Figma account, we collect your credentials, name, email, and profile picture from your Figma profile.
b. Figma File Data: When you use Uiprobe’s features that connect to Figma, we collect design information, screenshots, and metadata from the Figma files you provide (for example, by submitting a Figma file URL).
c. Webpage Data: When you use Uiprobe’s features that process webpage data, we may collect and store information from webpages you provide, including HTML content, screenshots, and metadata. This data can come from publicly accessible websites, local files, or restricted environments.
d. Usage Data: We may collect information about how you use Uiprobe, such as feature usage and error logs, to improve our service.
e. Billing Data: When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment provider Stripe collects your payment card details directly. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive and store your name, email address, billing address, VAT ID where you provide one, the card type and last four digits, and your invoice and transaction history.
f. Team Data: When you join a team, the team owner and other members can see your name, email address, and profile picture, and the probes you create under the team account.

All personal, Figma, and webpage data is stored securely. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. For more detail on our security practices, see our Security Policy.
We use trusted third-party service providers (“data processors”) to help us operate and improve Uiprobe. These providers may process personal data on our behalf, only as necessary to deliver their services and always under strict confidentiality and data processing agreements.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe processes your payment card details under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
We ensure that all data processors only process your data according to our instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
A current list of our main data processors is available upon request. If we add or change significant data processors, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
If we transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We keep your data only as long as necessary to provide our service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. Invoices and payment records are retained for seven years after the end of the relevant financial year, as required by Dutch tax law, even after your account is deleted.
If you have concerns about how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, but please review this policy regularly.
