This Privacy Policy explains how Uiprobe (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our service.
Uiprobe is a trading name of Entail B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 42141423, with its registered office at Diepesteeg 42, 6994 CD De Steeg, the Netherlands. a. Figma Authentication Data: When you sign up or log in with your Figma account, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from your Figma profile, and a read-only access token that lets us fetch the Figma files you choose to probe. We never receive your Figma password.
b. Figma File Data: When you use Uiprobe’s features that connect to Figma, we collect design information, screenshots, and metadata from the Figma files you provide (for example, by submitting a Figma file URL).
c. Webpage Data: When you use Uiprobe’s features that process webpage data, we collect and store information from webpages you provide: screenshots, the visible text, layout and styles of page elements, and metadata such as the page URL and title. This data can come from publicly accessible websites, local files, or restricted environments.
d. Usage Data: We may collect information about how you use Uiprobe, such as feature usage and error logs, to improve our service.
e. Billing Data: When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment provider Stripe collects your payment card details directly. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive and store your name, email address, billing address, VAT ID where you provide one, the card type and last four digits, and your invoice and transaction history.
f. Team Data: When you join a team, the team owner and other members can see your name, email address, and profile picture, and the probes you create under the team account.
We process your personal data based on:
All personal, Figma, and webpage data is stored securely. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. For more detail on our security practices, see our Security Policy.
We use trusted third-party service providers (“data processors”) to help us operate and improve Uiprobe. These providers may process personal data on our behalf, only as necessary to deliver their services and always under strict confidentiality and data processing agreements.

To compare a design with a webpage, we send images of the Figma frame and the webpage to Google Gemini, an AI model, through Google Cloud’s Vertex AI. Under Google Cloud’s terms, this data is not used to train Google’s models. We do not train AI models on your data.
If you connect an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude to Uiprobe, the assistant can, when you ask it to, run probes, read your probes and findings, including crops of the design and the page, and dismiss or restore findings. We receive only what each request needs, such as the Figma and webpage URLs or the probe you ask about, not your conversation. What the assistant receives from us is then processed by its provider under that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. You choose which assistant to connect and can disconnect it at any time in the assistant’s settings.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe processes your payment card details under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
We ensure that all data processors only process your data according to our instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
If we transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We keep your data only as long as necessary to provide our service and meet legal obligations. Probes and their data are kept until you ask us to erase them. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time; we erase it within 30 days, and copies in our backups expire within 90 days. Invoices and payment records are retained for seven years after the end of the relevant financial year, as required by Dutch tax law, even after your account is deleted.
If you have concerns about how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, but please review this policy regularly.
