Welcome to Uiprobe (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use Uiprobe.

2. Who We Are

3. Beta Disclaimer

Uiprobe is currently in a private beta phase. The service may contain bugs or incomplete features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

4. Figma Authentication and Data Access

To use Uiprobe, you must sign up and log in using your Figma account. By authenticating with Figma, you authorize Uiprobe to access certain information from your Figma profile, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. This information is required to create and manage your Uiprobe account.

When you use Uiprobe’s features that connect to Figma, you allow Uiprobe to access additional data from your Figma files, including design information, screenshots, and metadata. This data is only retrieved from Figma files you explicitly provide (for example, by submitting a Figma file URL) and is used solely to enable Uiprobe’s core functionality, such as visual comparisons and analysis. Uiprobe does not modify your Figma files or perform actions in Figma on your behalf.

All Figma data collected is stored securely and used only within Uiprobe to provide our services. We do not share your Figma data or profile information with third parties, except as required by law.

5. Webpage Data

Uiprobe allows you to upload or connect webpage data, which may include publicly accessible pages, local files, or content from restricted environments. By providing webpage data, you grant Uiprobe permission to process, store, and analyze this data solely for the purpose of delivering Uiprobe’s core features, such as visual comparisons and analysis. All webpage data is stored securely and used only within Uiprobe. We do not share your webpage data with third parties, except as required by law.

6. User Responsibilities

• Use Uiprobe only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software related to Uiprobe are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Uiprobe without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Uiprobe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
