Subprocessors

Uiprobe is operated by Entail B.V., the Netherlands. This page lists the third-party providers that process personal data for us, what they do, and where they process it.

Subprocessors for customer content

These providers process the content of your probes: screenshots, page data, Figma design data and results. They are the subprocessors in our data processing agreement.

Google Cloud (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland): runs the probe processing service, stores screenshots and design data, and provides AI image analysis with Gemini through Vertex AI. EU. Gemini calls use Google's global endpoint.
Supabase (Supabase Pte. Ltd., Singapore), on Amazon Web Services: application database. EU, Frankfurt.
Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States): hosts the web application and API. EU, Frankfurt.
ClickUp (Mango Technologies, Inc., United States): task tracking for support requests, which can include screenshots from your probes. Amazon Web Services.

Other providers

These providers process account, billing, usage and correspondence data, for which Entail B.V. is the controller, as described in our Privacy Policy. They do not receive the content of your probes.

Auth0 by Okta (Okta, Inc., United States): sign-in. EU.
Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland): payments and invoices. Ireland; data may also be processed in the United States.
Mixpanel (Mixpanel, Inc., United States): product analytics. EU.
Customer.io (Peaberry Software, Inc., United States): product email. EU.
Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland): email and documents, including customer support email. Google data centers worldwide.
Attio (Attio Limited, United Kingdom): customer relationship management, including our email correspondence with you.
Anthropic (Anthropic Ireland, Limited, Ireland): Claude, an AI assistant we use for email and support work. United States.

Changes to this list

We update this page when we add or replace a provider. Customers with a data processing agreement are informed in writing at least 30 days before we add or replace a subprocessor for customer content, and can object to the change.
